Quick stop in kyoto

kyoto is green green green. Temples everywhere, festivals all around almost every night i was there. I am glad I was there when i was because now this damn typhoon is raining on my cabaret, old chum.
I digress, in kyoto everyone is very spiritual and usually gives great honor to there elders. Most places in japan seem to be very respectful, when your drinking at a bar.
Ever person around this town has little tiny dogs. I guess they need to be small to fit in the apartments around here. I sat in a park taking a nap until i figured out mosquitos were eatting me alive.
The rivers in kyoto are really shallow, i surprised any of the boats can float with the amount of people on them.
After a while we went to the monkey park, which is exactly what it seems.

Great view up there. The monkeys know not to mess with human but you can feed them in the cage hut.
they are still wild animals however.
after that i was able to see another shirne with large red gates, Very pretty like always. I hiked up the mountain to find out it was the second sacred mountain. That mountain, plus fuji mean there only one more sacred mountain to go.

Unfortunately i didn't really have enough time to do much else in the days i was there but durring a festival i got a date with a local girl, so ill be back in kyoto for at least a day. It only a hour on the sub to get there.
Kyoto boat festival, which mean grilled meat and beer everywhere. (Fun fact: you can drink on the streets and subway in japan)
Osaka is getto but i love it. 2 weeks in osaka only cost me $210 usd and i have a private room. Now i dont have to lug my heavy shit around. Heading to the aquarium today. Sound like the only good time i can have in a storm. I will see Hiroshima and kyoto again. The Israel guy i met sense day 1 want to go to suicide forest but that one thing i am going to try to avoid....

Goodbye tokyo, hello kyoto

I left tokyo after 2 really good weeks. If i wouldn't have left there i was never going to. To many festivals and to many people who want to party.

I hung out with people i met day 1 which was really fun. Now i have this big Israel guy who seems to following me town to town because we going to a bar in kyoto now.

The last day i went to a robot bar. Unfortunately i can upload the video byt it was the coolest thing i ever saw.

i hung out with - 1 German 1 American 1 Japanese all guys and 1 french girl 1 uk girl. It was rage night city. Best night i had in tokyo. The hang over lasted all day. Bahh.
I actually haven't done enough in kyoto
Shires are more common here the pigeons in la

This little building no one knows about but i stumbled upon it. You can't go in but it the birth of the Nintendo company

Really nice parks. I basically slept in a park for 6 hours and it seems very common.
i meeting that Israel guy so i have to cut short but when i see more ill write more.

Mnt. Fuji

i love how the MIB guy is all over the vending machines out here.

Anyway i am in fanatsu now. It is right next to mnt fuji and it very quite.
they don't do lunch which is dumb. The open in the morning / close / then open again at 7. So that not too fun but any real supermarket sells bomb food.

It is pretty but it loves to rain rain rain. I went to a ramen house where some customer explained to me he was a golfer and i told him i was a hiker. Strangers will really go out of there way to communicate. However the ramen shop was kinda annoyed with me but i got a good meal so i didn't mind. I might bug them again today.

Today i hiked mnt. Fuji. I watched on the news people getting crazy death rain trying to hike it and al who i met the first night could not hike it due to weather. However i couldn't do it another day so i went anyway. It cost $20 round trip on bus and another $10 to hike it.
it looked like this at the bottom of the hill. I also read a article about how mnt. Fuji going to blow this year as it is a active volcano. So i was i little tripped out. There was this poor girl who looked like she was doing the "walk of shame" down fujisama. She was soaked from head to toe, had rain gear but was not using it, and her chucks were ripped by the soul and were like flipflops. I really did feel bad for her and i was concerned because i was in a old pair of chucks.....like 2 years old.
there was not not many good picture i could get due to the fog but i did get a opening on the 6th+ station.

Let me pull back a bit and explain mnt. Fuji. There are stations all the way up. Information on the lower levels. Places to sleep in the middle and a restaurant on the summit.
your really not suppose to hike it in one day but spending $60 to sleep in a cold hut didn't sound fun. The restrooms and water get more expensive as you go up too. I did want to pee for $3 dollars so i pissed into the crater of the volcano. Pretty good rush. However it was cold and rainy but not hardcore.

The last 1.2 klm were really rough. Old lady's were keeping up with me which meant i was slowing down hard. I passed a lot of people on the way up and they were so nice. Ever local gave me a thumbs up or a kanichiwa.
This is the gate to the summit and there is a shrine up there as well but nothing fancy. In the guide manual it says when you get to the highest point of japan you have a state of euphoria. I had a state of i have to get down the mountain fast or i would miss my bus.
lava rock are everywhere but it changes color from red to blue when you start to take the downhill path. I started the hike at 7am and ended at 130pm. I was proud to make it up in down in my time but i feel worn out now.
there was vegatation around but not when you get up high enough. They say that after the fifth hut you leave to mortal realm and enter the spirt realm. I saw zero goblins however so i think thats a load of bull.

Thats all i really have. Fuji kicked my ass. I go back to tokyo tommorow for 3 days because i enjoyed it so much and then to kyoto and osaka for the rest of my trip.

I miss my 2 Israelite and my 1 Netherlands girl. I don't really have anyone to tear it up with but I am pretty torn up myself.

Day 7 tokyo.

So i stop writing as much because i figured no one is reading but kathy and there really is not enough time in tokyo so i changed a reservation so i come back to tokyo after mnt. Fuji.

Anywho mnt. Fuji is tommorow which should be fine i have a day of rest.

I almost am too social out here and make to many friends. Which is not a bad thing but it gets kinda hard when everyone want to go different ways but it easy being alone because you go with the flow.

I basically have been to most of the big districts. The big tokyo crossing is not cool. Just shit load of people. The cosplay park is a lot fun but i came on this right day. Unmo zoo was great but the nerd district i am on all the time.  The video games and sex shops are out of this world
these dudes were too much fun
these were the used panty me and her were looking for which was rad
The club districts repongii is fun but expensive. I dont pay $5 usd for a beer and $15 for a meal
The kappa fest was a lot of fun. If you don't know what a kappa is look it up.
I have goku hair when i wake in japan.
Shit goes down in cosplay park.

No one wanted to see the giant gundam but me and a black guy i met at the hostile bar but it was sick.

I went to the zoo today which was very relaxing. I fell asleep in a bat cave.
thats all folks.
